Participants came from all parts of Vietnam to get a thorough introduction into how item banking can make the process of language testing more efficient and reliable. In this 5-day-training we discussed the following topics:

Day 1: item banking in the cycle of test development
Day 2: item characteristics and item review
Day 3: Classical Test Theory and Item Response Theory
Day 4: Computer Based Testing and Adaptive Testing
