Within the Cito organisation, research and development plays an important part in describing, researching and improving the quality of our tests and examinations. Psychometric research is one of the core competances of Cito. Publications of the Psychometric Research Centre can be found in various prominent international journals and many organisations use psychometric software developed by the centre. Also Cito invests much energy in the development of new techniques and the application of ICT in tests.
