Dutch-Russian Co-operation in Education 2003-2005: ‘Quality Assessment and Evaluation’

Consultancy will be provided to improve the quality of the national examinations and to help in developing calibrated item banks:

• finding the optimal approaches for effectiveness for item banks, taking into account the particular conditions of the RF and based on their experience
• support for calibrating items
• consultancy in working with item banks
• psychometric analysis of examination data

Meetings will be organized to discuss the effects of introducing national examinations:

• with representatives of institutes for higher education and the producers of the examinations
• with representatives of the employers and the producers of the examinations
• with a larger public
