Cito Germany

In 2004 Cito established its first international branch in Butzbach, Germany. This branch of Cito deals with the German-language version of Pyramid, the renowned Dutch preschool educational method. In Germany a growing number of children between the ages of 3 and 6 – kindergartners – learn using the Pyramid method.

In combination with the Pyramid Method, Cito Germany offers training courses for teachers and school managers. These courses can be training sessions with open enrollment and customised training programmes.

Cito Germany also offers what is known as the 'Cito Speech Test'. This digital test, which is used with both German and Turkish speaking children aged between 5 and 6 years, measures the children’s commands of language at regular intervals. This systematic testing of language command allows German educators to track individual students’ language development and helps them to develop highly customised remedial learning solutions for any students who may be struggling with their speech development.
